PAYMENT & FEES:
We only offer payment by cash on delivery. Unit Shipping including cash on delivery fee is 150 SEK.
RATES:
All prices are in Swedish kronor and including 25% VAT.
Unclaimed PACKAGE:
If you fail to claim the goods you ordered, the customer will be charged a fee equivalent to the costs we incurred for the order, fn 240 SEK. Before this fee is paid, you can sadly not order new products.
Delivery:
Normally, you have your goods within 2-4 working days. Delivery will be made to locations in Sweden. It happens unfortunately, that certain products runs out of stock. If your order contains backorder, then the entire order will be backed for 30 days or until the order is complete. After 30 days the order is delivered regardless of remnant items to you, if the backordered items have a value greater than currently SEK 150. The remaining articles are sent at no additional cost as soon as they are in stock. Please contact us if you want your order delivered by other means.
You as a consumer have the right to cancel the purchase at no charge if you do not accept the new proposed deadline for delay.
RETURNS:
In accordance with the Act (2000:274) on consumer protection in distance contracts and home sales to be specified, you have 14 days on items purchased by mail order from the date the goods were received. Returning your goods in original packaging. When we got back the goods and found that it is not damaged we will pay, within 30 days, return the amount you paid for the goods. Returned merchandise must be in substantially the same condition and in original packaging. In the event of a dispute, we follow The National Board for recommendation.
COMPLAINT:
Please contact us before you return an item. A dead at delivery or delievered the goods must be returned within 14 days. You as a consumer under KKL right to complain about a product within 3 years from the purchase, the complaint shall be made within "reasonable time" from the error was detected. Complaints that occur within 2 months of purchase is always counted as a reasonable time. New be sent free of charge to you and return shipping refunded to the bank account designated by you. If you want money back for the goods count as chargebacks see information under heading "withdrawal". Sometimes it is enough that we send a replacement.
WARRANTY:
We give 1 year warranty on our products. All warranties are in Sweden. Warranty from date of purchase and covers defects in material or workmanship. Repetitive strain injuries or supplies not covered by the warranty.
Furthermore, the guarantee in case of injury caused by negligence or accident. If the wrong product at the current workshop is not considered warrantable customer may be charged the repair or examination fee. The invoice for the warranty and must always be sent with the complaint. Return shipping is not included in warranty.

If you complain about an item it should be sent by mail or parcel post, not as cash on delivery or to collect. Always send the invoice and return form, indicating the return reason. Return the well-wrapped in packaging in addition to the original packaging.
